9500s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9500s Platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This acceptance takes full effect when you tick the consent checkbox during the registration process, or when you continue using the platform following the publication of any amended terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from registering a new account. Continued use after the terms update date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 9500s Platform under any circumstances.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9500s Platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another party who gained access due to your negligence. 9500s Platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with the terms. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of the account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 9500s Platform agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could cause harm to other users or to the platform itself. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform without written authorisation.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Making false claims or representations to obtain financial gain or unauthorised access.
• Misusing betting facilities for money laundering or any other prohibited financial activity.
• Sharing or reselling access to your account to third parties.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without notice, and in serious cases, legal action may be taken against the user in question. 9500s Platform reserves the right to restrict access from certain geographic regions in accordance with evolving legal requirements.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 9500s Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies. Available deposit methods include FPX via major local banks, TNG eWallet, Boost, and other local online payment methods that may be added from time to time.

Funds deposited into your account may only be used for betting and entertainment purposes within the platform. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen method and any applicable security review requirements.

9500s Platform is not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by third-party payment service providers. In the event of a transaction dispute, you are required to report it within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be processed effectively.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 9500s Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains accessible at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors. 9500s will not be liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or system failures beyond our reasonable control.

The total liability of the 9500s Platform to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Regarding account suspension or closure: 9500s reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of breaching the terms of use, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for legitimate security reasons. Valid funds in a closed account will be returned to the user via an appropriate method once the investigation process is complete, unless there are valid grounds to withhold such funds under applicable law.
